Our accommodation is on several levels with a self-operated passenger lift serving all floors allowing residents freedom to move around the home independently, although of course staff are always on hand to give help when needed. Activities and recreation are offered and encouraged, providing interest and opportunities for social interaction, but nothing is compulsory and residents' preferences are always respected.
Various games and entertainment are available, for those who want to participate, on a regular basis.
A hairdresser visits on a weekly basis and a chiropodist at regular intervals.
Communion of a non-denominational type is available once a month, for residents unable to pursue their own faith in the community.
Newspapers are delivered daily and a delivery service is available for purchases from our local chemist. All laundry is washed on the premises. The home offers a seven-seater mini-bus for the convenience of residents.
Family and friends are welcome to visit at any time. We also do our best to facilitate any other requests on behalf of individual residents, where appropriate.
